About Sofia
Sofia has worked in iGaming since 2021. She started in market research at a Portuguese analytics firm, studying consumer spending in gambling markets, before moving into articles and game reviews.
Her main subjects are jackpots, tournaments and promotion rules. At Le Games, Sofia works on guides to the Le slots, explaining their symbols, the order of events and the conditions of each bonus mode. When comparing games, she looks at specific differences: what triggers a feature, which values stay in place and when a prize is collected.
Education
Sofia earned a BA in Economics & Data Analytics from the University of Lisbon in 2022. Her final project examined the relationship between jackpot growth and changes in player deposits in Southern European markets.
Away from work
Sofia surfs at Costa da Caparica, paints azulejo tiles and restores vintage Portuguese radios. She also tutors university students in financial literacy. Her rescued podengo dog is called Loto.
How we prepare the guides
Rules and sources
We check the official game page and game help for the grid, payout system, parameters and feature triggers.
The order of events
We explain what starts a mechanic, which symbols take part and the order in which values change, using examples from the game.
Links between reviews
We compare similar features across slots. When a familiar name comes with different rules, we explain the difference.
Sources and corrections
Reviews and articles link to their primary sources. When figures differ, it matters which game version or mode each one describes.
